I got to attend SXSW this year and do a bit of beta event coverage for Chicly. It was a great experience and I can’t wait for some potential partnerships for 2014!

So, this last Sunday I competed in my 5th half marathon at Disney World.

I’ve been getting really frustrated with the way my body has been changing since moving up to New York. (Like, having to go back on the pill again to help moderate my Von Willebrands and coming out of 5 months of a lousy desk job)

Coming home from the half marathon I decided to finally push a lifestyle change. I’m juice cleansing for the next 3-5 days and from there on I’m going gluten free and making sure I’m in the gym at least 5 days a week (which I had been pretty good about leading up to the race after I got out of my other job). While my fiance decided not to jump in on the juice cleanse (don’t blame him!) we will be doing gluten free together and I’m hoping by May we will both feel better about ourselves.

Cheers! I’ve only thought about food for about 3/4s of the day… The other 1/4 was when I was drinking the Cashew Vanilla Cinnamon Agave, feeling like that was the complete life saver to this cleanse.

Uhm, have I mentioned how much happier I am being back at TWF? Finally seeing tangible work and being presented with so many more opportunities.

Now if only I would be sent my dang pay check from January from [company] Seriously?

Oh you know, just shooting for Cosmo Uk the NYFW street style. NBD

Come find me tomorrow!

"The thought of having to go to NJ was so distressing to me"

Ed Koch

Right on. The thought of living outside of Manhattan and commuting in (or vice versa) is so silly, and no you are not a New Yorker if you do that so stop pretending.

Warby Parker tomorrow!
